The Last Will and Testament of Porter Swann deceased
State of Mississippi, Noxubee County, Jan. 31, 1879
I Porter Swann of the above named State and County being of sound and disposting mind do hereby constitute and appoint this as my last Will and Testament.

I do appoint Joshua Stephens and Thomas Stephens Executors to this my last Will and Testament and it is my wish and desire that no bond or security shall be required of them. It is my wish and desire that all my reat Estate shall be kept together until my youngest child shall become of age. All of my personal property of every description I hereby convey to my Executors to be manged by them and disposed of as may seem to them best for the interest of my children.

The State of Mississippi County of Noxubee
In the matter of a certain instrument of writing purporting and alleged to be the last Will and Testament of Porter Swann late of said County deceased. Be it remembered that on this 24 day of Feb. AD 1879 personally appeared E. P. Daves, John L. Dautzler Sr. And J. B. Cole who after being by me duly sworn depose and say that they saw the said Porter Swann now deceased sign and seal the same on the day the same bears date to wit: the 31st day of Jan. AD 1879 and that they heard him publish and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament at the time of the signing the same, that is to say on the 31st day of Jan. AD 1879, that said deceased signed the same in the presence of affiants and that they signed the same in the presence of and at the request of said testator, and in the presence of each other on the date aforesaid, and said affiants further depose and say that said testator was over the age of 21 years, and as they verily believe of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding.
